The Sunny Reasons Behind

Writing has been a passion, a dream, a solace, an ambition, and everything together ever since I can remember. Writing leads the way to myself, my deepest thoughts, my most brilliant ideas, my strongest emotions and fearless creativity. It’s both an emotionally and intellectually challenging endeavor that makes you evolve into a better version of yourself. My creative side has found a way to sneak into various aspects of my life, even in the structured world of my legal corporate job. That led me to ask myself -isn’t it worth pursuing something which has managed to manifest itself so stubbornly and feels like an ingrained part of yourself you can’t subdue?

Over time, the idea about my inner creativity and The Sunlight Writer as an endeavor on its own began forming into something more intentional. Let this serve as a chronicle of the magical universe of creativity and writing!

Little Sunlight Things About Me

Originally from Bulgaria, but making my way through the labyrinth of streets and canals of Amsterdam, I spent years developing myself as a legal professional. But throughout this sometimes perilous journey, writing was a compass to myself and my creative side. I have always been fascinated by history, literature, cultures, and civilizations. I enjoy discovering different places in the world and making sense of it all, reflecting on this mysterious journey called life. I’m passionate about storytelling and developing deep, relatable characters. My favorite genres are mystery and detective fiction with a touch of fantasy, mythology, and adventure. In my writings, I’m eager to explore these genres further, mix them, turn everything upside down, and see the surprising result at the end.
